I created this upcycled hobo by deconstructing a pair of cargo shorts and then reconstructing the tropAcool way!


Reconstructing them gives them lots of pockets and fun! Pocket details as follows:

Two large cargo pockets with button flaps on the front. Accordion for extra space when you need it. Definitely room for a smart phone! Two generous slip pockets with button flaps on the back - they're pretty deep.

A soft adjustable shoulder strap made from a reclaimed belt- about 28 inches

Secure everything you're going to carry with a long metal zipper.-matching Hawaiian print zipper placket. This purse has a nice opening so you can easily have access to your stuff.

Reclaimed, first quality scrap- beautiful soft blue garment leather on the bottom. I have kept the natural edge along the front.

A really fun Hawaiian print in bold blue on the inside. Palm trees and dancing girls to remind you of your favorite vacation.

Included in this awesome price is a matching makeup case and purse scarf. I made the makeup case using a designer's sample swatch. Coral and white on one side and bright yellow and white on the other. A soft polyester. Fully lined with Hawaiian print.

This reconstructed Hobo bag measures 18 inches wide X 10 inches tall and is nice and slouchy.

The makeup case measures 9 inches wide X 5 inches.
