there's a beauty & strength in metal, i think. in carving the designs out of that metal, space is created for you to find... you - within the lines of the design, and in that beautiful strength as well.

i've kept the pages blank so that no straight lines limit the waves of thought you pour onto the paper. the designs are laser cut out of aluminum for the front cover. the metal is machine brushed, and powder coated for a lovely, soft finish. (each will have its own unique markings & character). a bound black back cover ensures that the journal doesn't scratch the surface it's set on. the paper is strong enough for scrapbooking, and makes beautiful baby or wedding or memory or guest books!

the journals come in two sizes: small (6" x 7") and large (7.5" x 8.75"). they're about 3/4" thick, with a 1" spiral binding. they hold approx. 100 blank pages.
