This See & Sew 5378 vintage pattern by Butterick makes a misses jacket and dress. Loose fitting unlined below hip jacket has notched collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, low armholes, pockets and long sleeves. Loose fitting, straight, pullover dress, below mid knee has collar, blouson bodice, elastic waist and short sleeves. Purchased tie and belt.

This See & Sew 5378 vintage pattern byButterick has a 1985 copyright and contains 12 pieces which are uncut along with the instruction sheets. The envelope as pictured has the original sellers stamp and a small surface tear posibly where a sticker was placed and removed along with some wrinkling and wear and tear on the edges and corners but it is in overall fair condition for its age.

Size: B ( 14 - 16 - 18)
Bust: 36" - 38" - 40"
Waist: 28" - 30" - 32"
Hips: 38" - 40" - 42"
Back neck to waist: 16-1/2" - 16-3/4" - 17"
