Butterick 4040 Vintage Pattern- Item# VP378

This Butterick 4040 vintage pattern makes a men's shirt jacket and pants. Semi-fitted, unlined, shirtjacket haspointedcollar-on-band, one piece yoke, full length two piece effectsleeves, pleated into buttoned cuffs, patch pockets, topstitched trim, and self tie belt and carriers. Straight-legged pants darted into waist band have pockets in side seams, belt carriers and top stitch trim. Purchased tops.

This Butterick 4040 vintage pattern is from the 1970's and contains 19 pieces some of which have been cut (the jacket pieces) and some uncut ( the pants pieces). The envelope as pictured has some yellowing and wear and tear due to its age, but is in overall fair condition for its age.
