This Butterick 3708 vintage pattern by designer Evan-Picone makes a misses dress. Very loose fitting dress falls four inches below mid knee, has standing collar with button and loop closing, front buttoned closing, front and back gathered into forward self lined shoulder yoke, elasticized waistline, front waist pleats, side seam pockets, and full length sleeves gathered at cap and into buttoned cuffs with continuous lap opening or short sleeves gathered at cap.

This Butterick 3708 vintage pattern by designer Evan-Picone is from the 1970's and contains 13 pieces which are uncut and factory folded along with the instruction sheet. The envelope as pictured has some minor yellowing and wear on the edges and corners but is in overall good condition for its age.
