This Simplicity 7745 vintage pattern makes a Men's Tapered Sport Shirt pleated to yoke has forward shoulder seams, front button closing, convertible collar, slits in side seams, set-in sleeves and optional top-stitching. View 1 has long sleeves pleated to buttoned cuffs and one pocket. View 2 has short sleeve and two pockets. This is a great mens shirt as it can be worn as a dress shirt with a tie or as sport shirt.



Pattern is an authentic vintage sewing pattern not a copy.



This Simplicity 7745 vintage 1968 pattern has 8 pieces and the instruction sheet. The envelope and instruction sheet are in very good condition as well as the pattern pieces some are cut and some are uncut.



Suggested Fabric:

Cotton and blends, gingham, sailcloth, broadcloth, corduroy, linen, synthetics and blends, poplin, chambray, sharkskin, seersucker. View 1 also in even lengthwise stripes. Lightweight wools and blends, wool flannel, wool jersey. View 2 also in plaids.
