This envelope contains Butterick 3551 vintage embroidery transfers. There are 30 motifs on one transfer sheet along with directions for stamping and instructions for seven embroidery stitches such as chain, lazy daisy, straight, stem (outline), satin, blanket, and French knot. Optional appliqué instructions are also included.

Certain motifs use only one stitch; others a combination of stitches.

Notions required:
Six strand embroidery floss
Embroidery needles
One embroidery hoop, prefereably a wooden non-slip screw type
One thimble

These Butterick 3551 vintage embroidery transfers are genuine originals and not copies.
