See & Sew Now 5420 Pattern By Butterick -Item#VP189

This See & Sew Now 5420 pattern by Butterick makes a misses' petite jacket, top and skirt. The loose fitting, unlined, below the hip, double breasted jacket has a shawl collar, extended shoulders, shoulder pads, pockets and long sleeves rolled up (wrong side shows). Loose-fitting pullover top has back neck slit, button/loop closing and cap sleeves. Has narrow hem. Slightly flared skirt, below-mid calf has elastic waist and narrow hem.

This See & Sew Now 5420 pattern by Butterick has a 1991 copyright and contains 11 pieces which are uncut and factory folded along with the instruction sheet. The envelope is in very good condition with some minor wrinkling and tattering on the corners and back flap. There is a small tear on one corner as pictured.
