This See & Sew Now 5763 pattern By Butterick makes a misses petite jacket and dress. Loose-fitting, unlined below the hip jacket has extended shoulders, shoulder pads and long sleeves. Loose-fitting, straight dress, mid-knee has slightly extended shoulders, shoulder pads, back zipper and lemline slit and above elbow sleeves.

This See & Sew Now 5763 pattern by Butterick has a copyright 1991 and contains 10 pieces which are uncut and factory folded along with the instruction sheet. The envelope is in very good condition with some minor wrinkling and tattering on the corners and back flap.
