Beautiful agateware vase in browns and white, with a line of texture around the top.

Agateware is made by combining different colors of clay and allowing the colors to swirl together naturally on the pottery wheel. No two peices will ever be alike!

On this piece, I added the extra visual interest by using texture in a ribbon around the top inch of the vase.

The vase is water tight and safe to use with food if you choose to do so.

The vase stands 4 inches tall and approximately 3.25 inches in diameter at the opening. Please see the last image of the vase taken in front of a standard CD to give you a visual indication of the size.

There is a small crack in the base which does not go all the way through and does not harm the functionality of the piece.

This item is safe for the dishwasher.
