These coffee mugs were wheel thrown on the pottery wheel and then altered. The alterations are rounded indents around the base of the mug that gives a visual and tactile shape to the mug. One mug has three of these indents and the other has four.

The top has a folded over lip for additional design.

The primary glaze is a matte, somewhat textured glaze in a rustic deep mustard with burnt red undertones where applied thin. The inside and the rim are a glossy albany slip brown to make drinking comfortable and cleaning easy.

Each coffee cup is approximately 3.5 inches tall, 3 inches in diameter, and holds 8oz or one cup.

Safe for the microwave and dishwasher.
