This handmade quilted wall hanging features an outdoor theme and a button saying Gone Fishin'. The quilt is attached to a heart wire hanger.
The wall hanging was created with a piece of preprinted outdoor theme fabric that has a fish, a canoe and a moose printed on it. The fabric has vibrant blues and greens. Yarn embellishment is stitched across the face of the fabric to highlight the different areas of the fabric as well as the Gone Fishin' button. The button is three dimensional and is affixed to the surface with glue.
The outdoor fabric was stitched to a piece of brown Batik fabric that looks like wood. This same Batik fabric was used to bind the wall hanging after it was machine quilted.
There is a signed and dated artist label attached to the back of the wall hanging.
The wall hanging measure 8 inches wide and 9 inches in length. Overall length with the hanger is 13 inches. The hanger is included.
