Felting needles are barbed needles used to interlock
wool fibers.
As the felting needle is moved up and down,
the barbs on the needles catch the scales of the wool
and entangle them creating a material called felt.
This package contains 2 different gauges
of felting needles.
The 40 triangle is very fine and used for
detailing and sculpting.
The 38 star is for finer,
fast felting on smaller projects.
