Shipping will pause between November 22-29. Order as usual, shipping will resume on 11/30.

U.S./Order by 12/14 to make sure you receive your kits by December 23.
International/Order by 12/1 and you should have it by Dec. 23. Some countries seem to get kits much faster than others. Germany, Austria and Singapore have been very slow (a month or more!). I recommend you upgrade shipping if you really need a kit by a certain date. Add a message and I will send you an invoice.

Shipping will pause completely between December 19-January 8, 2012. You may still order but we won't ship til after our vacation. Thank you for a wonderful year. Happy Holidays!!

2 yards (72" by 44") of 100% cotton, 90 thread per inch Butter Muslin (fine cheesecloth).

The tight weave on this cheesecloth makes it ideal for many crafts but for our purposes, it allows whey to drain from your cheese leaving you with even the smallest of fragile curds.
Typical cheesecloth from grocery stores has huge holes through which you can lose your lovely small cheese curds.

This fine cloth lasts and lasts, just rinse it with cold water immediately after use and gently wash it with your kitchen towels as usual. You can also sterilize it by boiling it for 5 minutes.
