This quilt was definately a labor of love!!! It's an heirloom quilt. This quilt is a perfect way to show how you feel for someone or a treat for yourself.

Makes a wonderful wedding gift, birthday, anniversary, any special occasion.

It's called a "Grandmother's Flower Garden" because of the block that makes up the center of the quilt.

The block was traditionally piece...by hand! The blocks were pieced in assorted blues, greens, and reds. The border is a very soft, muted, shade of plum.

The entire center was hand-pieced and took a year and a half to complete. The borders were machine-pieced.

The quilt measures approximately 50" x 61".

It was quilted by an award winning, local, long-armer. It has been pre-washed to remove shrinkage.

NOTE: Care instructions are included with all quilts.

I saw the block being made, on tv, and just had to try it. After making one block, I was hooked!

100 percent cotton fabrics, thread, batting
