What a wonderful way to display your favorite candle, decorative dish, floral arrangement, or just about anything!!!



The entire top is made of 100% hand-dyed wools. The backing is a nice cotton plaid fabric.



I cut and stitched it entirely by hand.



The two smaller sets of pennies (both sizes of flower "buds") were whip-stitched with coordinating floss. All the flowers were blanket-stitched with accenting floss. The top and back were blanket-stitched with black floss.



The rug measures approximately 16" (at it's narrowest section) x 18" (at it's longest).



I took a couple of pictures to give you a visual of the rug's size and ideas of how you could display it.
