This is a smaller version of a my "Lets Have a Picnic" table runner. It only has 3 blocks instead of 4.



Beautiful red, greens and beige colors with the Dogwood flowers give this runner a Christmas flavor. It can be used year round but would really make a nice setting for the holiday season.



Runner measures approx.: 12 1/2" x 31 1/2".



The blocks were quilted with a simple X pattern. The borders and sashing were stitched in-the-ditch. I NEVER backstitch when I quilt...all threads are tied off and buried within the runners batting.



The binding was machine-pieced and the back was stitched using a fine, blind applique stitch...8-10 stitches per inch.



Runner can be machine washed and dried (on a low setting). If necessary, press with a warm iron.
