The name for this piece came when one day, as I was hunched over stitching all the little opal chips onto the backing, my husband walked in, looked at my work and said, "Who's Getting Married?" I wish I had known how to do bead embroidery before I got married, because this is the kind of choker I would want to have worn at my wedding!

Genuine moonstone rondelle beads and genuine opal chips were hand embroidered onto a fabric backing, then attached to a stiff brass collar. The piece is backed with a soft, smooth suede-like fabric, and is fringed with quartz drops and long milky bugle beads that sway with your every step! Sophisticated and elegance, but with a subtle organic feel from the gemstone chips, this would be a show-stopping necklace to wear on your special day!

Brass choker has some give to fit a range of neck sizes. No clasp in the back - the stiff collar rests on your collarbone nicely.
