Another one of those dratted embroidered neckpieces that I am so fond of making... This one also took me over a year to finish, as every time I put fringe on it, I decided that I hated it and tore it all out! It finally dawned on me one afternoon as I was watching a Woody Allen movie that the best way to accent this piece was with a brick stitch ruffle! Now, anybody who knows how to do a brick stitch ruffle knows that they can take a looooooong time. I stitched well over 1,000 seed beads in that ruffle alone - and I loved every second of it!

This organic piece is accented with four lovely cabochons - two green serpentine and two brown jasper. The accent beads are new and vintage Czech pressed glass, and the whole thing is backed with a soft, suede-like fabric. This one is going to be very hard to part with - can you give it a good home?

Finished with a secure, adjustable lobster claw clasp, the neckpiece is around 20" long at the shortest setting. A one-of-a-kind piece for a one-of-a-kind woman!
