Is there a wild woman deep down inside of you? Of course there is! Turn your inner Jungle Woman loose when you wear this exotic and colorful Jungle Fever embellished beaded rope necklace.

Measuring approximately 20 inches long, including the decorative square-shaped brass toggle clasp, this one-of-a-kind beaded rope necklace was hand stitched and embellished with a variety of pressed Czech glass dagger beads.

Despite being called "daggers" because of their elongated shape, these beads are actually lightweight and quite comfortable to wear. A blend of purples, greens and metallic browns mixes perfectly to release the primitive energy in all of us.

All of these beautiful glass beads have been attached to the beaded rope base using a variety of beaded fringe techniques. Using these basic techniques results in a unique and beautiful piece of wearable beaded art.

Inspired by the artwork and beading techniques of Laura McCabe, I ventured into the world of embellished beaded ropes. Each of these pieces is the result of many hours of meditative bead stitching - and a desire to clean out my studio and use up leftover beads from my stash.
