Oh, my, this is some HOT dress! From maker "Kitty" (aptly so) we date it to ca. 1989 - 1991. Has a lot going for it: slightly bloused empire bodice, body-hugging tiger-print chiffon neck and shoulder drape, shoulders embellished with plastic "jewels," and black-lace sleeves. Bodice is made of a woven fabric, gathered to add fullness to the bust area. Skirt half is skin tight. Made in U.S.A. of a poly/lycra/cotton blend. Great date/club dress, and Valentine's Day is coming soon.... Note that dress is a rich black but some photos lightened for detail.

Near-mint; we see no flaws.

Size: Labeled large, but seems to run more like a medium. Due to the slightly bloused style of the top and the amount of stretch in the bottom, likely will fit a range of sizes, possibly small to a smallish-large. BUT, don't go by my estimate--use the measurements. We suggest you measure a similar garment you own to determine fit. Measurements below are "unstretched to comfortably stretched." You want to look poured into this dress, but not stuffed into it, so you can be a bit larger than its dimensions on the bottom (but not the top). There's horizontal and vertical stretch to this fabric.
