This little piece of handcrafted, wearable art is hand molded and pressed with a wildflower sprig to create a one of a kind (OOAK) "Impression of Nature." It is then hand painted and finished with lots of love and honor for the loving power of Nature.

This little piece of wearable art has a stoney cream background speckled with green, and the wildflower is painted a soft green with gold details in the stem and flower heads. It measures about 1.75 x 1 inch and is OOAK.

The pin is made of clay, painted and finished in acrylics. It is water resistant, but not waterproof.

I have been making "Impressions of Nature" pendants and pins since 1996.

To create them, I start by wandering through my gardens, through the woods and other wild spaces. Mother Nature guides me to the plants in need of trimming and thinning so that I may pinch and prune.

The act of creating this lovely pin is a form of peaceful, healing meditation for me, and my intention is that my experience in creating this piece be shared to whoever wears it.
