"renaissance," is a one-of-kind "Impression of Nature," made by layering a simple word of meaning with paint, and pressed leaves of raspberry, fern and mugwort.

The act of creating this work is a sacred form of meditation for me, and I hope that the peace and creative power that I experience as it makes manifest reaches you.

What is an ACEO/ATC?

Art Cards, Editions and Originals (ACEO) and Art Trading Cards (ATC) are, in essence, miniature works of art the size of a trading or playing card (2.5 x 3.5 inches).

ACEOs and ATCs are very collectible and some folks even trade them. They may be framed to create a lovely wall display of miniature art. They make a nice, easy-to-mail OOAK gift of inspiration.

And they're just a fun and affordable way to collect original artwork and limited editions!

I sense humor in this little piece. When I sit with the word 'renaissance" I feel myself smirk and think ... 'here we go again"
