Here is a pretty little Pink and Burgundy rug handwoven in recycled poly-cotton blend drapery remnants. The original fabric had a slightly polished surface which leaves a hint of extra light to the rug. The colors are a soft Gray-Pink and Burgundy

Warp is done in stripes of gray, pink and burgundy with a gray header at each end

The size of this rug is 23.5 inches x 32 inches

All my rugs are woven on a large vintage "Weaver's Delight" rug loom built in 1942. The whole house shakes when I am weaving. The designs are my own and I have won several awards for my work. I use all recycled materials in my wefts and either cotton or polyester warp. My rugs are machine washable in warm or cool. It is best to line dry. Give the fringe a good shake to straighten it and hang over a clothesline or rail. With a bit of care this rug will last a good many years.
