1. Purchase and pay for topper in its unchanged manner.
2. Send us a message with your customization Request in the "note to seller"
3. We will email you the cost once order is recieved
4. Once the customization change (s) cost is agreed up if there are additional cost not normally do and we have to provide that cost
5. We will send you an updated invoice for your Customization Changes.
6. You Pay the invoice and (please note, you do not need to be a paypal member to pay. Just open invoice and follow steps and it will bring you to a 1 time screen where you can make the payment. Then you close window) After payment is done, we will customize and ship your topper within 10-15 business days
