The very special focal beads here are offered only once or twice a year and by custom order. The beads are hand painted using porcupine quills. I have three basic designs - The Swirls which these are that use a beautiful variation of the Pysanky drop-pull techniques, Ornate Filigree, and the detailed painting pieces like my Medicine Wheels or dot work.

Each bead is made with recycled wood and dipped in a very special glaze that gives them a thick glass like finish and protects the delicate painting underneath. There are no other beads like them. May these beads carry their blessings into your world and into your designs.
