Red, Black and Gold in bands on a unique design perfect for pendants, focals or centrals framed by seed weave.

These very special beads are offered only once or twice a year and by custom order. The beads are hand painted using porcupine quills. I have three basic designs - The Swirls using a beautiful variation of the Pysanky Egg drop-pull techniques. Ornate Filigree, and the detailed painting pieces like my Medicine Wheels, and like these.

Each bead is made with recycled wood and dipped in a very special dip that gives them a thick glass like finish and protects the delicate painting underneath. There are no other beads like them.
