Bright Silver Drums, The necklace is approx 11" and the dangling earrings are approx. 1 ½ inch long.

These very special beads are offered only once or twice a year and by custom order. The beads are hand painted using porcupine quills. I have three basic designs - The Swirls that use a beautiful variation of the Pysanky drop-pull techniques, Ornate Filigree, and the detailed painting pieces like my Medicine Wheel beads.

Each bead is made with recycled wood and is hand dipped in a very special glaze that gives them a very thick glass like finish that shines and protects the delicate painting underneath. There are no other beads like them.
