15" hand painted silver, blue and rose beaded necklace and 2 1/2"earring set with silver sparkling twist chain, vintage white and aquamarine glass.

These very special beads are offered only once or twice a year and by custom order. The beads are hand painted using porcupine quills. I have three basic designs - The Swirls using a beautiful variation of the Pysanky Egg drop-pull techniques. Ornate Filigree, and the detailed painted pieces like my Medicine Wheels.

Each bead is made with recycled wood and dipped in a very special dip that gives them a super shiney thick glass like finish and protects the delicate painting underneath. There are no other beads like them. Each hand painted bead is unique and may vary some.
