This is a One of a Kind hand beaded abstract figure brooch, an study in pink, inspired by the thoughtful pewter bead at its centre.

The brooch is constructed from layers of strong pelmet vilene to make it secure and to ensure the beads remain safe and secure. One layer of the vilene is beaded, then a second sturdy layer added to the back to add strength.

I only use the best quality beads; including high quality Gutterman glass for the rose pink dress, and faceted pearly white beads, and palest lilac beads for the hair. The face is made from pewter and is a pre-purchased bead from a much valued supplier in the USA.

The hair beads are strung in loops which move delicately and are as secure as beading can make them, they are the thing that makes this collectable pin very special.
