Traditional Scottish Porridge stick used to stir Porridge (Oatmeal in the US). Hand made from Oregon Myrtlewood and finished with beeswax/mineral oil.
Approximately 12" in length and from 3/4 to 1 inch in diameter.
Inspiration/Story Behind This Product
I was contacted by Bob's Red Mill in Milwaukie Oregon to provide a spurtle to be used with their oatmeal products. They used my myrtle spurtle to win the World Championship of Porridge in 2009.

Since all wood is different in texture and coloring the images shown are only examples. Your spurtle will be hand crafted and will be unique.
