This traditional pair of beadwoven earrings was made using turquoise and silver bugle beads. They were woven into a pyramid shape and the mighty thunderbird is taking flight in silver. His tailfeathers can be seen in the fringe. These simply shimmer when the sunlight hits them.

These earrings hang down six inches from the silver hook. They have a fringe that makes the thunderbird seem to sway in flight when you walk.

I have highlighted the bottom of the fringe with 2 tiny seed beads.

If you love very long earrings, then you will adore these. The nearly tough your shoulder.

These thunderbird earrings look great with southwestern wear or casual wear.

As is all beadweaving, these are time consuming to create. The end result is well worth the effort it takes to make them!
