This blue and turquoise Friendship Bracelet was made using the anciant Pervian art of tying tiny knots into fascinating patterns.

The wave design creates a ripple look on one side and allows the other side to have a smooth look. The amount of threads used in the design allow for various patterns. Both sides look great and can be worn either way.

The lenght of this bracelet is about 6 1/2 inches and not quite 1/2 inch wide. Two ties hold the bracelet onto the wrist.

Woven Frindship bracelets are generally given as gifts to a special friend. Simply tie the bracelet onto the wrist of a friend and the friendship will last until the bracelet falls off.

These Woven Bracelets originated in the mountains of Peru near the anciant city of Machu Pichu. They are still being made by villagers today and have made their way into the United States.
