One of a kind lot! This is the only yarn I have spun from this fiber. Even if I get the same fiber again, the yarn would not be the same so be sure to check the yardage amount for the project you plan.

A very soft and bouncy yarn in the natural brown color of the fleece. It's WPI puts it just between bulky and medium weight, and the yardage amount should be adequate for larger projects.

Rambouillet sheep were the sheep developed from Spanish pure bred merino. It is the 'sheep for royalty' because it was developed for King Louis XVI at Rambouillet France.

There are flocks of these sheep in the US now and I was lucky enough to get a fleece from one of these sheep. This fleece was washed and carded by me and then spun into an amazingly soft and bouncy yarn.

The lovely natural brown color would knit into a perfect gift for that special man in your life!

This fiber will also work for felted projects.
