Shop Announcement

Once when traveling from Albuquerque, where I live, up the back road toward Cuba, NM, I was privileged to witness a purple rainfall over the mountains of northern New Mexico. I have never forgotten it.I started jewelry-making late in life and I'm loving every bead of it. I aim for the eclectic, comely, elegant, funky, and charming.I love the feel of lucite, the rough splendor of recycled glass; it tickles my senses to rummage the thrift shop bins for old lucite and Japanese milkglass; my love for the Pacific Ocean draws me to the summer colors of beach glass - even the manmade variety; and I have a terrific respect for those who do lampwork and other glass work - from the ancient Romans to today. I suppose we all tend to make stuff we like and hope that others will like it too - enough to want to buy it and wear it and be able to say "this is one-of-a-kind."So look around; there's more to come. Please enjoy. More »
