We're a small shop located on a tributary of the Chesapeake Bay. Our creations are made from Maryland grown wood - oak, cherry, walnut, cedar, and others. Our designs are simple and functional. Our pieces are finished with oil and wax to bring out the natural beauty and character of

After 30 years in the corporate world, I elected to pursue my love of woodworking and started Whole Grain Woodworks. My lovely wife is my constant support and design critic and ensures all pieces meet her high standards. She also makes items for home and garden and sells them through Garden Garnishes.
