Payment is expected at time of placing order. After payment has been received your custom made item will ship within 10 business days. Monday-Friday.(usually sooner)
Studio hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. I reserve weekends off to spend time with my family. If you send me a email over the weekend you probably won't hear from me until Monday.
All items are made in my pet, smoke and perfume free sewing studio.
