Along with our updates for persistent carts for non-account buyers, we've included an "Un-Paid Order" notification for buyers who have submitted an order but not paid for it.  This notification appears in a buyers cart and takes the buyer to the payment step of the checkout process. 



This notification is cookie based so that buyers who submit orders but do not pay can return to the site in the future and complete the order.  This is what the notification currently looks like, we are looking into ways to display it more prominently to those buyer with un-paid orders.
