This cuff is created using artist canvas, which I've painted grafitti style. Two rows of lace and a wooden red heart were then added, just for fun. It closes in the back with velcro and is lined with a blue and white cotton fabric.
The "Teddy Bear Love" Cuff fits a 7 1/2" wrist and is 2" wide.
