An original design, celestial theme crocheted appliques. Instructions are for the moon, sun, and shooting star. You can make all them with or without the facial features. I could see these guys floating about on a mobile over a little one's crib. OR use the new glow in the dark yarns and applique a pillow case for an older child.

The instructions include information on how to change the overall size of the applique by just changing the size crochet hook and yarn weight.

The 'large' appliques run apprx 4 inches, where the 'smallest' star is only 2 inches.

If you wish to make large appliques, you will need worsted weight yarn and a size H crochet hook.

For medium appliques, use sports weight yarn and a F crochet hook.

For the smallest of the appliques, use '1' weight or baby yarn with a B crochet hook.

You will need either embroidery thread and needle to embroider the facial features. Or there are instructions using crochet thread and a size 7 steel hook to crochet the features.
