So, I created this blend, with all-natural herbal ingredients that would help you relax so that you can get that good night's sleep you need for your own health's sake! This is a beautiful, naturally caffeine free blend that combines the art of herbal therapy and aromatherapy, as well as that good old fashioned desire for something delicious!
