I used E600, a very strong and durable glue to bond the ribbon on 40mm snap clips. About 2” length to 2-1/2. It comes in a pair for the left and right side.

My older daughter just love that hippy clip that she can adorn her hair, need to match every other color outfit, I decided to come up with this.
