On a cobaltblue base I layered silvered ivory, coppergreen and silverglass.

After that the bead is raked, encased and squeezed and decorated with silverglas eyes (airbubbles), some stringerwork and raised transparent dots on the side.

This bead measures 40mm from hole to hole, 21mm on the widest side and 12mm thick.

Inspiration / Story behind this Product:

All my beads are handmade by me in my glass-studio in the Netherlands on a Minor Bench burner. To assure maximum durability and long-lasting beauty, my beads are always properly annealed overnight in a digitally controlled kiln and each bead hole is carefully cleaned using a diamond reamer to remove all release material leftover. I'm a registered Self-Representing-Artist, SRA nr. #E25.
