This bead is made with Effetre glasses - dark ivory, opaque turquoise, and silvered black. It's asymmetric and would make a great pendant.
The bead stands approx 3cm (1 1/4 inches) tall and is approx 1.5cm wide. Made on a 2mm mandrel.
All beads are handmade by me in my studio in Dundee, Scotland, using soft glass – Effetre, CiM, Vetrofond and Reichenbach. Beads are annealed in a digitally-controlled kiln. I am a member of the SRA scheme for Self Representing Artists member #K70.
