There's something very weighty and talismanic about this one.

I used a SeaUrchin pendant of white stoneware clay with a mottled ochre and tan glaze glaze filled with colourless, pale turquoise and dark brown crackled glass.

Around the pendant are pinch disks of Grecian copper dipped clay with a verdigris finish and 4 pieces of marvelous antique metal. The rest of the necklace is made of Botswana agate, serpentine, upcycled wood, bits of whitish stone and two peachy pearls.

All of the colors are muted and the different shapes and textures combine to make an extraordinary piece.

I finished it with a handmade sterling silver toggle clasp and it's 17 1/2 inches (44cm)
