Inspiration / Story behind this Product:
These Queen of the Quarry Earrings were inspired by one of my favorite childhood hangouts, an abandoned granite quarry in the middle of nowhere with machinery dating back more than 100 years. The Marriott Granite Quarry no longer exists except in the photos above, which were developed more than a year after the quarry's demolition but taken 3 years prior, on January 24, 1999. These earrings were created on September 20, 2008.
