Newborn - 14 1/2 inch circumference
6 - 18 month old: 16 inch circumference
18 month to 5T: 18 inch circumference

The hat ready to go in 24 hours is the newborn size - 14 1/2 inch circumference. I will make any size, and if you wish another color, however, shipment will be in 1 week.
