Quail make up a balanced diet for any carnivore. My fleece quail will have your ferrets & cats begging for more whole prey.

This quirky quail is made entirely of anti-pill fleece. I used chocolate brown, khaki, black, and gray. The entire bird is machine sewn except for the face and beak which were whip stitched on. The eyes are white embroidery floss tied in a French knot, and the head plumage is whip stitched on. Don't be afraid to cut the plumage or ask me to if you think your pet might try to eat it.

The quail is stuffed with polyfil fiber and has a squeaker in it. It was closed with a straight stitch at the end of the tail.
