The size is 7 1/2". My wrist is really small like a child's wrist so it fits loose on me. Normal size wrist would wear about 7 1/4" to 7 1/2". Large wrist would be about 8" or more.
To see what size wrist you have take a measuring tape and hold it snug around your wrist. Then add 1" to 1.25" for the correct size.
