Nickel is a 2.5" Made-From-Thread Bear crocheted from Spanish made, size #16 Finca perle cotton. Like all my bears, Nickel sports my trade mark silver star in his paw pad. He has black onyx bead eyes, an embroidered nose and an embroidered collar embellished with sized 3mm, amethyst colored, Swarovski crystals.
Nickel is a one-of-a-kind teddy bear designed and hand stitched by Shelley K. Bossert of Ursa Minor Miniatures. Like all of my teddy bears, this bear is not a toy and is not intended for small children. Small parts present a choking hazard. Inspiration / Story behind this Product:
I don't know what I was thinking for this bear. I had the gray Finca perle cotton and then saw the maroon perle cotton and went looking for something to add pizzazz and found the Swarovski crystals. Voila, tiny thread bear with collar.
